No joke, these balls taste like, ...balls. Seriously, there is nothing pleasant about consuming them as a chewable. I take my packet of four and just... swallow them down with a drink. If I miss out on some added health benefit from having them begin dissolving in my mouth, so be it. They taste nasty when chewed up and I don't think it is a cultural thing.That said, I'm a fan of traditional Japanese medicine and believe that there is some healthy aspect to consuming a pack of Umeken Corbicula Ball EX daily. I've not treated my liver kindly over my life, so if there's anything I can do to help it out now, I'm all for it. I've actually been feeling really good since I started with the Corbicula balls. I sleep well, adapt more easily to stress, think clearly, and am physically energized. One of these packets a day seems to be making a difference.
