My family has been taking Umeken’s Calcium for more than 2 years. It’s the most convenient calcium I have ever used. It is fermented L-type Minerals C... alcium, 100% water soluble … so I always cook with my rice, or put some in my soup. So my whole family can benefit it. Show more

This is a really low dose product. It doesn't give you much of the daily requirement - half the vitamin D, only 20% of the required calcium, barely 3%... of the needed magnesium and something called fermented lactic acid calcium and multi-minerals from saltwater brine. You have to take 20 small tablets a day to get that amount and, for some reason, it has a seriously high price.Speaking for myself, taking that many tablets a day is inconvenient, regardless to how small they are. Counting them out takes time and that's a lot of effort for so little. As someone who is vitamin D and magnesium deficient, this comes nowhere near meeting my requirements. I don't think I'd reorder again. 3 stars. Show more
