I love love love this!! I like that this product incorporates L-type calcium from fermented beets, Vitamin D3 and includes 84 different mineral concen... trates, as well as water-soluble magnesium. In terms of supplement tablets, it is not as high as the calcium and vitamin D that I eat every day, but there is one ingredient I still want to try, which is the fermented lactic acid calcium, which seems to be better absorbed than the calcium I eat. The jar can be eaten for half a year! Which is awhile! So all around it’s a very good product and it works!! I would highly recommend this product!!  Show more
