I first heard about this product when a co-worker of mine started taking this with 6 other co-workers. In the case of mineral L calcium, it is easy to eat because it is put in rice, soup, ramen, stew, etc. In my case, kidney stones (calcium stones) recu... rred 3 times, so I couldn`t eat milk and needed calcium. After consuming L-calcium, the fermented mineral that does not have this, calcium is supplied without straining the kidneys, so there is no pain in the legs or back. 3 years ago I was depressed because of osteoporosis. I went to a friend`s house in another state to play and found L calcium by accident.
