So, antioxidants are good, right? I figured I'd give these a try (that and I love plums). They're very small balls in a relatively large (for medicati... on) jar. The tiny balls remind me of medicine I've had in Japan, which is no surprise since this is from Japan. There's a little scoop to help measure out the ten pills you're to take each day (with water), and a small container so you can carry some with you. They're very tart, which I like. I've been taking them for over a month and haven't noticed any changes in my health or overall well-being, but maybe it takes longer. If I notice anything at three months, MAYBE I'll consider buying these. They're not cheap, but at least it's a three month supply. It would have to be one heck of an improvement, though.  Show more

This is a beautifully packaged supplement that was immediately impressive. Having it in compressed little balls rather than pills makes it more fun t... o take and very reminiscent of the balled activated charcoal pouches. With that said, a lot of the heavy lifting here is done by citric acid, a common food additive in things like Kool-Aid. I would guess that the acidity is meant to help with stomach issues similar to apple cider vinegar. The latter is much less expensive, tastes better, and works better for my stomach. Noni is known to enhance the immune system and a host of so many other benefits. I've taken noni before when I was run down and starting to get sick.... I was so amazed when my symptoms quickly went away. I have been a great fan ever since. I like that I can take it in this concentrated form. The jar has an inner cap that sits on top to ensure when you open it none will spill out since the pills are small, which makes them very easy to swallow.  Show more
