Within a matter of minutes after taking 10 of these Noni plum balls, I began to feel better than I did before. It felt good in my stomach and provided... a sense of increase in overall well being. The balls taste a bit tart. The directions didn’t really say wether or not to chew or swallow them whole, so I did both. I also just sucked on them for a while until I didn’t want to taste the tartness any longer. The balls are small and are easy to swallow. I can take all 10 at the same time. I like that it provides a whole lot of health benefits for the body.It comes with a smaller dispenser and a scooper, which is pretty convenient in handling the small balls.The shipping speed was prompt as well.  Show more

My family has had a bad stomach from generation to generation, but after eating plum extract, I felt more comfortable and my blood pressure went down.... I`m quick-tempered, so I went straight to the American doctor and showed it to me.
